We process a single animal each month at our farm in Korat. Cuts are usually claimed before slaughter, so the shop is empty more often than not. Tell us what you want and we'll hold it for you.

Dorper lamb, fresh never frozen, delivered across mainland Thailand. The same lamb is supplied monthly to a Michelin Guide–listed restaurant in Bangkok.
