Thai Lamb Hind Shanks

Thai Lamb Hind Shanks are a richly flavoured, bone-in cut suited to slow cooking.

Braise or slow-roast until the meat becomes tender and pulls easily from the bone. They work particularly well with red wine, herbs, tomatoes, curry spices or aromatic Thai-style broths.
