About Black Sheep Farm No.5

Black Sheep Farm No.5 is a Thai-Australian sheep farm in Dan Khun Thot, Nakhon Ratchasima (Korat), Thailand. We raise pasture-raised lamb on our own 60-rai farm and sell it directly to customers across mainland Thailand.

Our farm in Korat

Black Sheep Farm No.5 is a working sheep farm in Nakhon Ratchasima, one of Thailand’s major agricultural regions. Our sheep are raised on open pasture, with natural grazing at the centre of the farming system. We manage the flock and the land ourselves, so customers know exactly where their lamb comes from.

White Dorper × Santa Inês lamb

We raise White Dorper × Santa Inês crossbred lambs. The cross is well suited to Thailand’s climate and is selected for growth, meat quality and a mild, clean flavour. Every lamb we sell is 100% born and raised on our farm in Thailand.

How we raise our sheep

Our lambs are pasture-raised on open land. We do not use growth hormones. Antibiotics are used only when an animal needs treatment for illness or injury. Treatments are recorded, and the manufacturer’s withdrawal period is observed before any animal is processed for food.

From our farm to your table

Our lamb is professionally processed, vacuum packed and sold farm-direct. It is delivered fresh and chilled across mainland Thailand.

The website shows current stock and available cuts. Most cuts are sold by the pack, while mince is sold by weight. Special non-standard cuts are subject to confirmation by our butcher.

Small-batch availability

We produce in small batches. New lamb is available at least once per month, usually toward the end of the month, and sometimes twice in a month. Popular cuts can sell out quickly.

Customers can reserve cuts from an upcoming batch without advance payment. We reconfirm reservations at slaughter before payment is arranged.

Delivery across Thailand

We deliver across mainland Thailand, including Bangkok and other provinces. If an item is in stock, delivery normally takes around 2–3 days.

Buying from us means buying Thai-raised lamb directly from the farm that produced it. There is no imported lamb and no middleman between our farm and the customer.
