If an item is in stock, orders normally arrive 2–3 days after ordering. We ship seven days a week and provide tracking.
New batches are available at least once per month, usually toward the end of the month. Since cuts often sell out within days of slaughter, reservations are welcome. No advance payment is required; we reconfirm reservations at slaughter.
