Thai Lamb Mince is a versatile everyday product with a clean lamb flavour and no unnecessary additives.

Use it for burgers, meatballs, kofta, pasta sauces, curries or pad krapao lamb. It cooks quickly and works well anywhere you would normally use minced pork or beef.

Made from pasture-raised White Dorper × Santa Inês crossbred lamb, 100% born and raised at Black Sheep Farm No.5 in Nakhon Ratchasima, Thailand, then freshly minced and vacuum packed. The photograph and listed weight relate to the actual available pack.
