1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver within Thailand.

Delivery availability may vary depending on your location. If your area is not serviceable, we will notify you after your order is placed.


2. Order Cut-Off Time

Orders must be placed before 2:00 PM to be included in the next available delivery cycle.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be scheduled for the following delivery cycle.


3. Delivery Schedule

Orders are shipped according to our production and delivery schedule.

  • Delivery dates are pre-arranged or scheduled
  • Customers will be notified of the expected delivery window where possible

We do not guarantee exact delivery times.


4. Chilled Delivery

All products are shipped using temperature-controlled packaging to maintain freshness.

  • Products are packed to remain chilled during transit
  • Orders must be refrigerated immediately upon delivery

5. Customer Responsibility

To ensure product quality, customers must:

  • Provide accurate delivery details
  • Be available to receive the order in person
  • Refrigerate or freeze products immediately upon receipt

We do not allow unattended deliveries.
Orders must be received directly by the customer or a designated recipient.


6. Failed Delivery

If delivery cannot be completed because no one is available to receive the order:

  • The delivery may be cancelled or rescheduled at our discretion
  • The order may be returned or discarded due to its perishable nature
  • Refunds or replacements will not be provided

  • Traffic or courier delays
